Refunds and returns

In order to receive a 100% money back refund a refund request must be made within 7 days of the purchase.

Only one product can be refunded per purchase to claim the 100% money back guarantee.

If claiming the 100% money back guarantee refund we have the rights to ban you as a customer and refuse to serve you or anyone else living in the same premises or using the same payment details as you.

Money can take up to 7 days to be deposited into your account.

We have the rights to refuse to swap any product and to offer a refund instead.

Cancellations after processed orders

If an order is cancelled or a refund is requested after payments is received You the customer will be liable to pay the surcharge fee of 2% of the additional and another 2% refund transaction fee. If we are not at fault the customer is responsible to pay the admin fee of $5 for cancellation.

For life Offers

If you receive the free strawberry punnets or eggs for life offer with your subscription box this offer expires once you cancel your subscription box. You can not reclaim your free strawberry punnets offer after you cancel your subscription. If you never cancel your subscription then you will continue to receive free strawberry punnets with each order.
