Refunds and returns

In order to receive a 100% money back refund a refund request must be made within 14 days of the purchase.

Only one product can be refunded per purchase to claim the 100% money back guarantee.

If claiming the 100% money back guarantee refund we have the rights to ban you as a customer and refuse to serve you or anyone else living in the same premises or using the same payment details as you.
