How to Pause, Change or Cancel Your Subscription

You’re always in control of your Fruit & Veg Box.
Here’s how to manage your subscription anytime through your online account.


1. Log in to Your Account

  1. Go to our website.
  2. Click “My Account” (usually top right).
  3. Log in using the email and password you used when you first subscribed.
  4. Once logged in, click on “Subscriptions” (or “My Subscriptions”) in your account menu.

You’ll now see a list of your active subscriptions.


2. How to Pause (Suspend) Your Subscription

Perfect if you’re going on holidays or just need a short break.

  1. Go to My Account → Subscriptions.
  2. Find the subscription you want to pause.
  3. Click “View” or “Manage” next to that subscription.
  4. Click the “Pause” or “Suspend” button (wording may be “Suspend Subscription”).

What happens when you pause:

  • You won’t be billed while it’s paused.
  • No boxes will be prepared or delivered during the pause.
  • You can reactivate it anytime from the same screen by clicking “Reactivate”.

If you can’t see a pause/suspend button, please contact us and we’ll do it for you.


3. How to Change Your Subscription (Size, Frequency, etc.)

If you just want to adjust, not cancel:

  1. Go to My Account → Subscriptions.
  2. Click “View” or “Manage” on your subscription.
  3. Look for options like:
    • Change product (e.g. switch box size)
    • Change quantity
    • Change next payment / delivery date (if enabled)
  4. Save your changes.

If the option you want isn’t visible (for example, switching from fruit & veg to just fruit), send us a message and we’ll update it for you.


4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime before your next renewal is processed.

  1. Go to My Account → Subscriptions.
  2. Find the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Click “View” or “Manage.”
  4. Click “Cancel” (or “Cancel Subscription”).
  5. Confirm when the system asks you to.

What happens when you cancel:

  • Your future renewals stop immediately.
  • You won’t be charged again.
  • Any order already paid for and being prepared will still be delivered as normal.
  • You can always come back and start a new subscription later.

5. If You Don’t Have an Account / Can’t Log In

If you can’t log in, can’t remember your password, or you checked out as a guest:

  1. Go to the My Account page.
  2. Click “Lost your password?” to reset access using your email.
  3. If you still can’t get in, contact us with:
    • Your full name
    • Your email used at checkout
    • Your delivery address

We’ll locate your subscription and help you pause or cancel it.


6. Cut-Off Times for Changes

To make sure changes apply to your next delivery, please:

  • Pause, change, or cancel your subscription before the next billing/renewal date shown on your subscription page.
  • Changes made after the renewal may apply from the following week instead.

(You can customise this section with your exact cut-off time, e.g. “Changes must be made by 6pm the day before your renewal date.”)
